So amazing na ................... just by reading the title..........? Google gets a googly........ that was news from the Madras High Court that when consim India hs filed a petition to the court against the google.
The matter is like when we type "matrimonial" in google search tool placed at Bharat Matrimony which is owned by Consim India, actually when we do so it will immediately give "Shaadi.com" in search result. So Consim India has filed so.
So technically, Consim has said that "infringing on its trademark".Same charges has been filed against google.com in US also. Companies like consim can guard against siGoogle to exclude their trademarks from google adwords.
I ask all who read it to speak about their views for same also let me aware as I may even understand someting wrong in the same.

Cloud Computing.........
There is nothing the computer industry likes better than a big new idea - followed by a big fight, as various firms compete to exploit it. "Cloud Computing" is the latest example, and companies large and small are already joining the fray.
the idea is computer is being delivered as a service, over the internet, from vast warehouse of shared machines. Documents, e-mails and other data will be stored online i.e. what the cloud is......... "in the cloud", making them available to any PC or Mobile phones. Many things around us are working in the same way....... just try to see......starting from e-mail to phot sharing and a lot more.
This has represented a big shift. If we store more and more things online and access more and more software online, whether it is a high configuration device or what kind of data we are observing.....but now think that what is there behind new version of windows of BBBBBig giant Microsoft to get more users online by providingg more new features. Or it is a favourite "Aum googlay namah" where we do all our activities. Both are major rivals in case of Cloud Computing.
Parallele to that Apple is also doing the same for consumers.
Though many players are doing so with varied capacity........with many technical underpinnings....but battle has been just joined by a lot.
Now think that how is our life in between these clouds or where are we going and in which direction that is again thoughts of worlds.

Thought Process Outsourcing
Thought known as "TARK" in sanskrit means spark. Spark that is tark or immediately thought that what to do in terms of either creativity or in traditional approach. Since a long we are aware of BPO - Business Process Outsourcing and KPO - Knowledge Process Outsourcing and TPO is further more to that. It is as same as DATA --> INFORMATION --> WISDOM.
TPO is kind of consultancy where consultants are thinking on behalf of their clients. In real scenario sometimes clients can't think or see the all dimensions of the business and that is the place where TPO comes in ti the picture.
Consultants ae thinking for their client's business with holistic approach to attain the goals of short or long term. Normally this was observed by me at the time of my working as freelance consultant before joining of management program for two years. But after such a long time I found the place and right now writing about the same. This is my first time blog....... activity.
In case of BPO and KPO there is major role of technology but in case of TPO human interaction is equally important though consultation is even nowadays online using internet but here in case of TPO is consultation for thoughts, we have to think on behalf of clinets i.e. we have to see what they can't whether because of their experience, bias etc.
Humaninteraction gives chance to understand the behavior of client in terms of their thinking also to review their thoughts first and then one can start TPO for his client. To start doing TPO even, consultant has to understand that what is exactly going on to client's mind and what he is trying to deliver or communicate to consultant. Here it is blend of technology and human interaction both.
General management has clear relation with TPO; it doesn't mean that any other kind of consultation has no TPO work. But mainly the general management is more concerned.
A lot to say about TPO i.e. my own thoughts of TPO but let it be open TPO for the same from my side to all of you who is going to read it.............
