So amazing na ................... just by reading the title..........? Google gets a googly........ that was news from the Madras High Court that when consim India hs filed a petition to the court against the google.
The matter is like when we type "matrimonial" in google search tool placed at Bharat Matrimony which is owned by Consim India, actually when we do so it will immediately give "Shaadi.com" in search result. So Consim India has filed so.
So technically, Consim has said that "infringing on its trademark".Same charges has been filed against google.com in US also. Companies like consim can guard against siGoogle to exclude their trademarks from google adwords.
I ask all who read it to speak about their views for same also let me aware as I may even understand someting wrong in the same.
